Introducing MartialTech

MartialTech’s Purpose is

To address unsolved problems and unserved needs in the government contracting space through a combination of deep subject matter expertise, rapid prototyping and smart use of modern technology

Market Shortfalls

Major Gaps Exist in Government Contracting

Many opportunities in government contracting remain unfulfilled due to limited operational military expertise within smaller firms, low participation from veteran-owned businesses, and an industry focus on advanced technologies that often lack practical mission alignment. These gaps leave critical requirements unmet and slow the delivery of effective, real-world defense solutions.

MartialTech: Opportunity Drivers

Strategic factors creating new pathways for innovation and competitive defense advantage.

01

Projects are unfulfilled

• Solicitations on sam.gov and other comparable government sites are sitting idle for months and years
• Prior applicants for open solicitations over-index on technology, design or corporate experience, without understanding the exact needs of their audience
• There are few, if any Þrms, that can provide real-world experience with modern processes at a nimble, ßexible, and cost-effective point

02

Applicant firms are lacking Real-World Practitioners

• There simply are not Þrms that exact that can Þll the gap between the Lockheed Martin’s and McKinsey’s and high-end design Þrm’s of the world
• Government contracting decision-makers are left choosing between different large Þrms, none of which match the project or are nimble enough to address the precise problem needing to be solved

03

Technology as aid, not primary participant

• Technology, namely AI, has driven solutions forward in an exponential way
• However, too many Þrms have used it as an excuse to build a templated solution; the effect of which means every proposed path forward looks the same, with no customization
• This has resulted in a ‘onesize Þts all’ solution set; if every Þrms depends on the same AI for their work, what differentiates them?
• The opportunity exists at the intersection of know how and tech; real-world ‘hands it dirt’ plus use of modern tools

04

Government contracting leaders are looking for more

“John, give me a quote from someone at Langley that says why they want to talk to exmilitary and are Þnding these people”
